What happens if I upgrade?
When you upgrade, your store gets access to the features included in the new plan. For example, upgrading from Starter to Pro unlocks product variations, CSV upload, priority listing, and basic analytics.
What happens if I downgrade?
If you downgrade, features from the higher plan may no longer be available. For example:
- product limits may be reduced
- visibility features may be removed
- analytics access may change
- Premium-only tools like featured placement or verified badge may no longer apply
Before downgrading, make sure your store still fits within the limits of the lower plan.
