This means you do not need to operate only through a limited company in order to sell on the platform.
Who can sell on Ermisway?
You can sell on Ermisway if you operate as:
- a sole proprietor ( no tax ID needed)
- or a limited registered company
Do I need a tax number?
You should use the tax and business details that apply to your business type when setting up your store and payment details.
What if I am a sole proprietor?
If you are a sole proprietor, you can still open a store and sell products on Ermisway using your sole proprietor details.
What if I have a limited company?
If you operate through a limited company, you can open your store using your company details.
