To receive payments from customer orders on Ermisway, you need to complete your payment setup and connect your Stripe account.
Step 1: Go to your Dashboard
Sign in to your vendor account and open your store dashboard.
Step 2: Click “Payments”
From the left sidebar, click Payments.
Step 3: Click “Start Payment Setup”
On the Payments page, click the Start Payment Setup button.
Step 4: Complete the payment form
A short form will appear. Fill in the required details and make sure to add your IBAN so you can receive payouts to your bank account.
Step 5: Click “Save”
Once you complete the form, click Save.
Step 6: Click “Connect to Stripe”
After saving the form, a Connect to Stripe button will appear. Click it to continue.
Step 7: Complete Stripe onboarding
You will be redirected to Stripe, where you will need to complete a short onboarding process to create and connect your free Stripe account.
Important
If you do not complete the payment setup and connect Stripe, you will not be able to receive payments from customer orders.
