You can edit your store settings at any time from your vendor dashboard.
To update your store settings on Ermisway:
- Go to your Πίνακας ελέγχου
- Click Ρυθμίσεις Καταστήματος from the left menu
Inside Ρυθμίσεις Καταστήματος, you can manage different parts of your store setup, including:
- Store basics, such as your store name, legal business type, what you offer, store country, city, and phone or WhatsApp number
- Branding, such as your store logo and cover photo
- Σχετικά με το κατάστημα, where you can add a short description for your public store page
- Gallery photos, where you can upload extra store images
- Social links, such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Store categories, where you can choose up to 2 categories for your store
- Store policies, including returns, refunds, cancellations, and FAQs for customers
- Πώς λαμβάνουν οι πελάτες τις παραγγελίες, where you can enable pickup and delivery options and set delivery details for Cyprus or Greece
- Τοποθεσία, including your store address, postcode, and map connection
- Opening hours, which customers can use for pickup or visits
- Vacation mode, which lets you pause new orders while keeping your shop visible
Use the Next και Back buttons to move through the setup sections, and click Save settings when you finish making changes. The store setup is organized into 3 steps.
Keeping your store settings updated helps customers see accurate information about your business and improves trust in your store.
