Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated for the remainder of your billing period.

No. All displayed prices are net amounts excluding VAT and Stripe payment processing fees. These are added at checkout based on your location and transaction amount.
You'll be notified when you approach your limit. You can either remove older products to make room, or upgrade to Pro or Premium for a higher limit.
We don't offer a free trial for paid plans, but the Starter plan is free forever and lets you explore the platform without any commitment.
Choosing yearly billing gives you approximately 20% off compared to paying month-to-month. The full year amount is charged upfront at the start of each billing cycle.
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
A custom domain allows you to use your own web address (e.g. myshop.com) for your vendor storefront instead of the default platform URL. This is available on the Premium plan.
