The statement descriptor<\/strong> is the name or short text that may appear on your customer\u2019s bank or card statement when they pay you through Stripe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For example, if your business is called Maria Flowers<\/strong>, you could use:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This helps customers recognise the payment and reduces the chance that they dispute the transaction because they do not recognise the charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What should I enter?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Enter a short, clear version of your business name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
