This depends on the vendor\u2019s country, activity, sales volume, product or service type, and personal\/business situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, a person selling occasionally may have different obligations from a person selling regularly as a commercial activity. A vendor selling products may also have different obligations from a vendor offering services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ermisway may ask vendors to provide tax, identity, payment, or business information where required by law, Stripe, payment providers, fraud prevention rules, or platform compliance requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are unsure whether you need to register with the tax authorities, have a Tax Identification Number, register for VAT, issue receipts, or declare income, you should speak with an accountant or tax advisor in your country.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You do not need to have a registered company to create a vendor account on Ermisway.
