They can only reply after a customer has already sent a message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This helps keep conversations connected to real customer interest in a store or product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In limited cases, Ermisway may access message history between vendors and customers when necessary for reasons such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>fraud prevention<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dispute handling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>chargeback handling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>investigating misuse of the platform<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This does not mean messages are routinely reviewed.
